Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program: Employer/Job Offer

Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program has been designed to help the employers to meet their human resource needs for workers. Now they are enabled to recruit foreign workers and international students. This new Canadian immigration stream launched by the Government of Ontario is immensely beneficial for workers in top demand occupations with a job offer in Ontario.

This allows Ontario to nominate individuals for immigration to Canada based on criteria set by the province. Ontario has set a target of 6,000 nominations in 2017; wherein nominations for the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program and Ontario Express Entry are included. Applications will be treated equally and Applicants are not required to hire a representative. Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program reserves the right to contact the employer or prospective nominee directly regarding the application, if necessary. The present list of occupations includes those listed in the agriculture and construction sectors.

All Applicants are required to meet all Eligibility Criteria, and receive a permanent, full-time job offer from an employer based in Ontario. They need to complete and sign Employer Form to upload as part of the application package.
