AUSTRALIA SKILLED NOMINATED VISA –SUBCLASS 190



Australia Skilled Nominated Visa- 190 is for skilled workers who are nominated by the country’s state or territory government. It permits you to live and work in Australia as a Permanent Residence. Applicants are chosen through Skill Select Evaluation. In order to submit a valid application for the visa subclass you should first submit an Expression of Interest through Skill Select. Invitation to Apply is received if the candidate fulfills the basic requirements for the Australian Visa and is nominated by a state or territory.

ELIGIBILITY
• Experience in a nominated occupation on Australia’s Skilled Occupation’s List.
• Assessment of suitable skills for the occupation.
• Submit an Expression of Interest for Australia Skill Nominated Visa.
• Nomination by a state or territory government agency.
• Be less than 45 years of age at the time of invitation.
• Satisfy the general skilled migration requirements including competent English, medical clearance and no criminal record.
• Clear the points test with pass mark of 60 points.
Family Members like your partner and dependent children can be included in your application for Australia Skilled Nominated Visa-190.
